Colby Harder

President and Managing Partner

Colby joined CONTI as a shareholder in the fall of 2001. Since that time, Colby has driven extensive change within our business that has seen the company achieve significant growth. Actively involved in every aspect of the business, Colby has been extensively involved in many of our major projects including Skytrain Digital Signage, and our business with the YVR Airport Authority. Colby has completed industry CTS certification, and drove the expansion of our service and support network to allow us to service customers right across Canada. Colby was also named to Business in Vancouver's list of 40 under 40 for 2010, a unique honour.

Andre Rink

Production Manager

Andre joined CONTI in 2010 and is responsible for all non-sales aspects of our business, including project installation and service. Andre brings to CONTI more than 20 years of sales and technical experience in the AV systems business and has a unique skill set that combines customer service, technical expertise, and project management experience. Andre is also a trained Crestron programmer.

Tim Alguire

Tim Alguire joined CONTI in 1997 and is now the longest serving member of our team. Tim is based in Vancouver. Before joining CONTI, Tim spent a number of years in the IT solutions business. Tim is responsible for business development in the Vancouver market, specifically in the areas of Presentation & Conferencing Solutions. Tim is a proven technology professional with extensive experience in various aspects of our business. Tim works closely with his clients, and with the architecture & design community to provide extensive audio visual solutions to his customers including RioTinto Alcan, Vancouver Port Authority, YVR Airport Authority and many others. Tim is a Lifesize Certified Sales Expert.

Jake Harder

Business Development Manager, Digital Signage & Specialty Solutions, Vancouver

Jake joined CONTI in 2002 to develop our CCTV surveillance business and is based in Vancouver. Since that time, Jake's expertise and experience has expanded to include major digital signage and specialty systems projects in the hospitality industy. Jake has extensive hands on experience and has a proven ability to deliver large projects for his customers. Jake's notable customers include Skytrain, Lamar Transit Advertising, and Earl's Restaurants.

 

 

Steve Moxness

Buiness Development Manager, Presentation & Conferencing Solutions, Vancouver

VD3P7276Steve Moxness joined CONTI in 2007 and is responsible for business development in the Vancouver market, specifically in the areas of Presentation & Conferencing Solutions. Steve brings more than 10 years of AV experience to his position at CONTI, as well as previous experience in the office furnishings industry. Steve is a proven sales professional whose clients include RockyMountaineer, Fraser Health Authority, and Teekay Shipping. Steve is a Lifesize Certified Sales Expert.

 

 

Marion Randell

Business Development Manager, Presentation & Conferencing Solutions, Victoria

Marion joined CONTI in 2010 and heads our Victoria office where she is responsible for business developent on Vancouver Island, with specific focus on Presentation & Conferencing Solutions. Marion's customers include the Vancouver Island Health Authority, Royal Roads Univeristy, and Money Mart. Marion brings more than 20 years of professional selling experience to CONTI and holds an MBA from Royal Roads University. Marion is a Lifesize Certified Sales Expert.

Gerard Obery

Business Development Manager, Presentation & Conferencing Solutions, Calgary

Gerard joined CONTI in 2011 and heads our Calgary office where he is responsible for business development in Alberta, with specific focus on Presentation & Conferencing Solutions. Gerard brings more than 20 years of professional experience selling to CONTI and holds a BA from Canadian University College in Lacombe, Alberta. Gerard is is a Lifesize Certified Sales Expert.

Manpreet Deol

Marketing Specialist

Manpreet joined CONTI in 2009 and oversees our marketing initiatives and provides additional sales support to our Business Development team from her office in Kelowna, BC. Manpreet manages our online marketing and social media, as well as special events, tradeshows, and branding and charity initiatives. Manpreet holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from BCIT.

Shay Ward joined the CONTI team in 2011 and bring more than 5 years of audio video industry experience to CONTI. Shay is responsible for customer reception, as well as all service and installation scheduling and schedule coordination. Shay's outgoing personality and smiling face provides a great first impression to our customers.
