Benefits of CONTICare Extended Support Coverage

CONTICare includes:

• Extended Parts and Labour Warranty: on all products included in your system, including workmanship and programming. This coverage will top up your warranty coverage from all manufacturers to provide you with comprehensive warranty coverage for a total of 36 months.
• Onsite Warranty Fulfillment: Most manufacturers' warranties do not include the cost to diagnose, remove, or reinstall integrated equipment. CONTICare will provide you with complete fulfillment of the manufacturer's warranty with no additional charges.
• Priority Telephone Support: If you require technical support of any type, we will respond by phone to your call within 1 hour of your call request.
• Priority Onsite Support: If our telephone support cannot resolve your concerns, we will dispatch a technician to be onsite within 4 hours of your telephone request*.
• Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Service: Your system will receive a quarterly preventative maintenance service that will help prevent premature failures and help you avoid system issues so that they don't interrupt the serviceability of the systems*.
• Meeting Support Services: If you have an important meeting and would like our technicians to do a pre-meeting setup and inspection, we will provide this service at no charge up to a maximum of 2 times per year.
• Recurrent User Training: We will provide no-charge recurrent user training up to a maximum of 1 time per year*.
