CONTI has dedicated field service technicians and network consultants who can provide:

  • Factory authorized repair
  • Emergency care
  • Preventive maintenance
  • On-site service contracts

Our technicians are fully trained and certified on equipment from the industry's major manufacturers. Routine preventive maintenance will maximize system performance, improve component reliability and extend system life.

Warranty / Repairs
As a CONTI customer, you can also take advantage of a wide variety of service contracts, preventive maintenance agreements and extended warranties to protect your investment. These agreements provide ongoing protection at the same level of service and reliability after manufacturers' warranty periods have expired.

 


CONTI's fully equipped Repair Depot facilities provide authorized equipment repair services for most warranty and out-of-warranty products.

TIER 1 SERVICE - CONTICare Full Service Plans

CONTICare is a powerful tool in the ongoing management of your Audiovisual and Surveillance systems. Under your CONTICare coverage plan, you have full access to our team of qualified and experienced technicians on a priority basis, with expertise in projection and display systems, network connectivity, and various other specialty systems and applications.

With CONTICare you get:

  • Priority Emergency Care
  • Guaranteed Response Time within Major Centres
  • Onsite Fulfillment of your Manufacturer's Warranty (not covered by manufacturer)
  • Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
  • Service Loaners on selected equipment
  • Factory Authorized Repair
  • Recurrent System Training

CONTICare is available at the time of system purchase on a 36 month term. This term aligns our value-added services with most of the manufacturer's warranty coverage. If you sign up for CONTICare at the time of purchase, you will recieve a discounted rate. Ask your sales representative to include CONTICare with your system to ensure optimal levels of coverage and required regular maintenance.

TIER 2 SERVICE - Time and Materials Service

If you choose not to take CONTICare coverage, we can still provide you with technical services and support. All of our service is available on a time & materials basis.  Please note that CONTICare clients recieve priority booking over time & materials service as part of their service plans.

All service will be charged on a time and materials basis based upon the following rates:

  • $95/hour for technical support including onsite repair and travel time
  • $125/hour for programming services
  • Materials as required
  • Travel expenses as required (air travel, ferry travel, or road travel outside the major centre)
  • $10 parking charge per invoice
