When you click the  "Big Red Button" you help us manage your support requests more effectively.  You'll be asked some important quesitons to help us respond quickly, and then;

1. You will recieve an automated response confirming your service ticket has been logged (if you don't recieve this email, an error has occured.  please re-log your ticket)

2. You will recieve a telephone call or email from our service coordinator.  They will acknowledge your ticket, and start working on a solution for you. (We aim to respond personally within 15 minutes of your request, however, sometime they are delayed attending to other customer requests.  Note that our service coordinators work M-F 830am - 5pm so tickets recieved outside business hours will not be actioned until the next work day) 

3. You will then have a time slot allocated for our technician to attend to your issue.  We will give you the first available time slot.  (If you require an urgent response or a response outside business hours, a 1$150/hr rush/OT rate may apply).
